Nathan Carter from FEMA comes on the show to discuss the process of what people need to be doing to be reimbursed for a generator. Carter stresses that this is a case-by-case basis. So far FEMA has helped over two hundred and eight-five thousand individuals with hurricane Ida relief. FEMA has granted three hundred and twenty-nine million dollars and has put over ten thousand households in hotels.
