On today’s “Legally Served” attorney Franz Borghardt and Brian discussed the latest from Pastor Tony Spell.

Pastor Spell claims the governor’s COVID-19 restrictions are violation of his first amendment rights skipped out on his hearing Monday.

He filed a motion to quash charges against him for violating COVID-19 restrictions. 

 

Franz explained the process of visiting clients he represents in prison.
