Metro Councilwoman Jenn Racca joins us in studio to recap Wednesday’s Metro Council meeting. She is telling us about the “Devin’s Law” ordinance. The law encourages property owners to have cameras, adequate lighting, and disclose crime statistics to possible tenants. She is also telling us about the sewage tax which is basically a storm water tax, that needs to make up $30 million of the 39 million required by the federal government.
