In 2018, Louisiana State Police Officer Kasha Domingue shot a teenager during a traffic stop, leaving him unable to walk. This week, Officer Domingue took a plea deal in the case. We are breaking down and looking into what went into the investigation with Richard, and taking a look at some of the surveillance video that helped the case. We are also talking about two Connecticut lawyers who had beef go so far that one slapped the other.
