Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana President Steven Procopio is talking funding the coast. He is discussing where CPRA money is coming from and how we are losing money to help coastal restoration. Most of the funding is coming from oil spill money, and in about a decade that money will run out. So where are we going to get the money to fund our coast? It should be something that more people should be on board with because a lot of projects, like the diversions, protect our coast and helps risk reduction.
