In 2020, Louisiana set a record of fewest motor vehicle crash injuries; however, they also set a record high of motor vehicle crash fatalities. Attorney Lisa Freeman joins the show to explain how this is the case and how to improve going forward. Freeman serves as the executive director of the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission.
