Mornings with Brian Haldane: Crimestoppers 9-23-21

According to the officers, Baton Rouge is top five per capita with pedestrians hit. The BRPD officers share that the percentages of pedestrians hit end up as hit and runs. Brad and Dustin share the difficulty of narrowing down suspects in the event of a hit and run. The officers share the process of finding suspects in the event of a hit and run and note the potential usefulness of Crimestoppers. They mention that the use of Crimestoppers is case by case; however, they appreciate that a lot of people want to help and get a big part of the information out to the public.
