Haldane sits down with Adam Knapp with BRAC. Knapp details that East Baton Rouge Parish has the largest population of the state. Overall, a lot of different parishes in the area have been growing economically; however, the more rural areas of the state are seeing a decline in population. This trend could bring Louisiana’s level of production in to question. Knapp wants to discuss the possibility of an infrastructure resurgence bill with Senator Cassidy. Making this bill a reality is no easy feat; however, as a state-wide process of fixing roads amongst other things would cost billions of dollars.
