Metro Councilman Rowdy Gaudet joined the show today to talk about a temporary moratorium in East Baton Rouge parish to stop development in certain flood hazard areas in order to hopefully alleviate some of the flooding issues in the parish. This is a 12 month moratorium that will allow the parish to play catch up to finish drainage projects and hopefully eliminate widespread flooding in East Baton Rouge. Rowdy explains what impact this has on developers and what they will have to do in order to build going forward. Hear the full interview here.
