Ernie Ballard with LSU joined us to talk about Covid-19 precautions that the university is taking to keep students safe when they come back to school. Students can show their vaccination cards at select locations throughout campus and if a student is not vaccinated, they must submit a monthly test to make sure they are Covid free. He also says if you are at a highly populated area you might be called for random tests on top of the monthly test. Ernie explains how these protocols were put in place and the thought that went into it. Finally, he talks about how this will be enforced and what students can expect while on campus.
