Baton Rouge police chief Murphy Paul joined us this morning to talk about crime in Baton Rouge. He starts off by giving his take on whether or not parents should be held responsible for the actions of their children. Then, the chief explains that homicides in BR are up 35 percent from last year and he explains what measures are being taken to hopefully lower the number.
