Foodie Friday With SoLou 7-9-21

Chef Peter Sclafani and Chef Frederick with SoLou were in studio for this week’s Foodie Friday to cook some steak.  Peter explains the process of cooking Wagyu beef and what makes this style of steak so desirable.  Then, he breaks down how he likes his steaks prepared as well as the decision to top them with King Trumpet mushrooms and pearl onions.  This steak is paired with a potato cake, made with sour cream and bread crumbs.  Hear the full interview here!
