Collis Temple III was on the show to talk about purchasing an old car dealership on Florida Blvd. between Cortana and downtown BR. Collis says the reason for purchasing the property is due to it’s great location with Amazon coming close by. He talks about his family purchasing properties in order to help people and try to make a difference in Baton Rouge. In terms of what this property may become, Collis says that nothing is concrete as of yet but numerous ideas are being floated around because the space is so plentiful. Finally, he previews some other properties that could be utilized in the future.
