Chris Stelly with the joined the show to talk about the film tax credit. Chris explains that any motion picture production in the state of Louisiana can apply for the tax credit as long as you are spending at least 300,000 dollars. He then breaks down what this tax credit does and how it impacts revenue for the state. The state did not renew the film tax credit and Chris says the state will lose 10,000 jobs that industry holds and the tax dollars. The state can re-up the film tax credit in two years.
