Foodie Friday With Casa Maria 6-25-21

For this week’s Foodie Friday segment, Casa Maria was in studio to cook some steak tacos.  He talks about how he got his start in the restaurant industry, and what challenges Casa Maria faced during the pandemic in terms of limited capacity inside the restaurant as well as hiring and retaining employees.  Then, he discusses some of the specialty items at Casa Maria and breaks down the preparation that goes into the meat, and of course we dig into the delicious Casa Maria tacos!  Hear the full segment here!
