Beth Mizell Talks About Some Of Her Bills In The Legislative Session

State Senator Beth Mizell was on the show today to talk about what she worked on during the legislative session.  She starts off by talking about her bill that was passed which would allow sexual assault victims on college campuses to receive more protection and hold the school more accountable.  Beth breaks down the specifics of this bill and what the school is required to do if a complaint is made.  Then, senator Mizell discusses a bill that was vetoed which would prevent biological males from participating in women’s sports.  She explains that the reason she brought this bill up to ensure that women receive a level playing field in sports.  Hear the full interview here.
