Attorney Franz Borghardt was in studio today for his weekly “Legally Served” segment. He starts off by discussing the narcotics division claiming a man choked on a bunch of cocaine and ultimately died. However, the man’s family is claiming he had bruises on his body which means he was beaten during the search warrant.
