Scott Overby with Doe’s Eat Place was in studio this morning for this week’s Foodie Friday segment. He breaks down the history of Doe’s and how it became what it is today. Also, he explains how Doe’s prepares their beef and what makes them unique from other places. Scott brought in burger’s from Doe’s Eat Place. He explains how the hand-cut patty is put together and what makes the patty so juicy. The patty is placed between a toasted brioche bun that is made in-house. Finally, Scott talks about some of the other popular items on the menu, including steaks, tamales, and fried asparagus. Hear it here!
