June is Family Fitness Month and Dr. Tamara Marryshow, a Family Medicine Physician with Our Lady of the Lake Joined us to talk about the importance of family fitness.  She talks about different ways families can get fit, including family bike rides and partner trips to the gym.  Also, she talks about how parents can motivate their children to exercise and how parents can ease into fitness as well.  Finally, Dr. Marryshow discusses what patients have been doing during the pandemic to stay in shape and how that will change now with less restrictions.  Hear it here.
