Baton Rouge Councilwoman Carolyn Coleman was in studio for our Crimestoppers segment to talk I-Care program for district 10. She explains the importance of I-Care in schools and how much impact its had on children’s social lives. Then, Carolyn discusses her personal involvement with I-Care and her experiences with the program. Also, she breaks down the different functions of I-Care and how the program has become beneficial to students in a variety of ways.
