Alaina Bloodworth was in studio today to give us an update on the BRPD narcotics division corruption and the amount of drug charges that the District Attorney’s has thrown out as a result. Alaina says while she’s pleased with the progress so far, she would like a little more transparency in terms of how the drug charges get thrown out and how these charges are selected. Then, she talks about an upcoming expungement event on June 5th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the 6th floor of City Hall and what qualifications you must meet in order to qualify for expungement.
