Exxon Mobil’s North Baton Rouge Training Initiative 5-19-21

Dr. Girard Melancon and Chris Reynolds with Exxon Mobil talk about the North Baton Rouge Training Initiative, which would allow North Baton Rouge residents to receive gainful employment at Exxon Mobil.  They break down the type of jobs that these students are eligible for and what kind of training they would receive for each position.  Dr. Melancon breaks down how many of the current class already have jobs before graduation.  Then, Chris Reynolds talks about the electrical industry and how the training initiative helped him prepare for this trade.
