Tina Holland Talks Franciscan University Nursing Program During The Pandemic

Dr. Tina Holland with Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady of the Lake University was on the show to talk about hiring nurses during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic.  She breaks down what positions were the most in demand during the heart of the pandemic.  Then, she talks about the nursing program at Fran U and how many graduates went through the program recently and how the process changed due to the pandemic, which meant the program had to be accelerated to meet the demands of nurses in the hospital.
