J. Christian Adams, the President of the Public Interest Legal Foundation joined us this morning to talk about HR1, which deals with voting laws and voting ID’s for the state of Louisiana. Adams breaks down some of the biggest parts of this bill and which parts he doesn’t like. He also explains how this bill is basically a federal bill that will take away a states power and ability to run its own elections. He also says that there isn’t voter restrictions right now so most of these provisions are pointless. Finally, he breaks down the good in this bill.
