Chip Kline Talks Coastal Restoration Proposals 3-19-21

Chip Kline with the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority joined the show today to talk about the restoration proposal and the pros and cons of the proposal.  Chip explains that while this proposal will be very costly and take time, it could potentially create 10’s of thousands of coastline for the state of Louisiana.  Chip also discusses how they are working with the fishing industry to help them continue their livelihoods while being pushed further out from the coast.  Then, Chip breaks down when this project will begin and how long the construction may take.  Hear it here!
