Scott Kirkpatrick with CRISIS (Capital Region Industry for Sustainable Infrastructure Solutions) was a guest on today’s show to discuss the GRIT (Government Reform In Transportation) Act. The Bill proposes reform measures in order to increase infrastructure funding. Kirkpatrick says this could include a gas tax.
