For this week’s episode of Legally Served, attorney Franz Borghardt was in studio to talk about a possible change in the law prohibiting concealed carrying inside of churches.  Franz gives his take on whether or not allowing concealed carry is a good idea and what kind of training should be required.  Then, Franz and Brian discuss people videoing crimes.  This comes off the heals of the man who videoed the Ahmad Arbery shooting has been criminally charged.  Also, a woman in New York City is being criticized after a video of her in central park surfaced and she lies about what the person videoing her is doing and allegedly lying to the cops.  Hear the full segment here.

Brian Haldane

Brian started in radio in late 2004 as a part-time board operator, but “made his bones” in the business a year later when Hurricane Katrina struck, catapulting him into a full time position covering both news and production of live broadcasts.
