Attorney Franz Borghardt was in studio for this week’s Legally Served segment to talk about drone’s flying in people’s backyard and what action those people can take.  There’s been a lot of discussion lately about the legality of shooting down, destroying, or confiscating a drone if it is flying over your back yard.  Franz explains what right private citizens have to disable the drones in order to protect their privacy.  Then, he discusses whether or not law enforcement can do surveillance of someone’s backyard and when a warrant is required to do so.  Hear the full interview here!
