Sherman Joyce Discusses Tort Reform

Sherman Joyce is the President of the American Tort Reform Association and he joined the show today to talk about how tort reform will impact the residents of Baton Rouge.  There has been a lot of talk about how tort reform will be the main focus of the upcoming legislative session.  Joyce says that Louisiana is one of the worst state’s in the entire country when it comes to tort reform and he explains the reason why and what the state can do to improve the state’s legal climate.  Then, Sherman breaks down what this will cost citizens in terms of auto insurance rates and he provides examples of how to potentially lower the rates.  Hear everything Sherman had to say, here!
