A Demon Teaches A Lesson In Sportsmanship

“Thank you” notes go a long way. But, can you imagine writing one after taking a 65-14 drubbing on the football field? That is exactly what Dr. Chris Maggio, President of Northwestern State University did after the Tigers hosted the Demons on September 14th. He thanked LSU for the opportunity that the game provided.

The letter has been floating around social media and it caught my eye, so I thought I should share it.

Brian started in radio in late 2004 as a part-time board operator, but “made his bones” in the business a year later when Hurricane Katrina struck, catapulting him into a full time position covering both news and production of live broadcasts.
