Every year as the budget battle goes on at the Capitol, we are told that the consequences for not raising taxes will be dire. From canceling college football to seniors being thrown out on the street, we are told every year how the sky will fall unless revenue goes up. And, every time we’re told, the consequences get worse. Yet, somehow, every year it seems to work out.
So as we approach the “fiscal cliff” yet again, I am reminded of this video:
