D.C. Current With Garret Graves 5-20-20

Garret Graves

Congressman Garret Graves joined the show to talk about the fishing industry in Louisiana and how it has been impacted by the Coronavirus.  He talks about the low amount of federal funding that the fishing industry is receiving and what should be done in order to acquire more funding.  Then, Congressman Graves discusses the energy in Louisiana and how the state can receive funding to improve the state’s energy industry.  He explains the importance of Louisiana’s energy production, saying that Louisiana produces more clean energy than anywhere in the world.  Finally, the congressman breaks down a new mass testing antibody system to determine which people are infecting with the virus, which will help determine who can re-open and at what capacity.  Hear everything Congressman Garret Graves had to say, here.
