On this week’s edition of Legally Served, attorney Franz Borghardt joined Brian and Richard in studio today to talk about Pastor Tony Spell.  Pastor Spell is the pastor at First Tabernacle Church in Central and he has be under a lot of scrutiny lately by holding large church services after being advised to not do so because of social distancing due to Coronavirus concerns.  Yesterday, Tony was issued 6 misdemeanor summons’ because he has continued to gather at the church.  Franz explains the legality of this and whether or not pastor Spell has a constitutional right to gather at the church even if it potentially puts people’s health at risk.  Then, he breaks down what repercussions the pastor could face if he continues to hold services at the church.  Hear the full segment here!
