Crimestoppers With Sergeant Don Coppola 2-13-20

Sergeant Don Coppola with BRPD was in studio today for this week’s crimestoppers segment.  Coppola says that the Crimestoppers podcast has helped lead to a number of arrests in the area.  He breaks down BRPD’s arrests that were made in an alleged drug kingpin and Coppola believes that more arrests are on the way.  Then, Don provides details on some wanted fugitives.  First up is Zachary Johnson who is wanted by BRPD for aggravated battery and criminal damage to property.  Zachary’s ex-girlfriend was having a male friend over at her house and when the male friend pulled up, Zachary hit him in the head with a baseball bat multiple times.  Zachary’s last know location was around the Cypress Lake area of Baton Rouge.  Next, Craig Willis is wanted for illegal use of a dangerous weapon, stemming from an incident where Craig and his friend were playing with a gun in his room and Craig shot himself in the hand.  Hear the full segment here!
