Greg Upton Talks Gulf Coast Energy Outlook


Greg Upton, an Assistant Professor at the Center for Energy Studies was on the show today to talk about the Gulf Coast Energy Outlook that came out yesterday.  This outlook is a document that’s idea is to look at the oil and energy markets and project where the market may go.  Greg says that the price of oil is relatively low and he explains whether or not that is a good thing and what causes the prices of different energy production to change.  Upton determines what Louisiana’s outlook may be and how it compares to Texas.
