Stephen Waguespack Talks Endorsements

The President of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry Stephen Waguespack was on the show today to talk about elections as well as LABI’s new surplus.  Waguespack says that LABI has a $500 million surplus.  He says that the surplus doesn’t mean that the economy is booming but that more taxes were taken out than needed.  He explains the issues that go along with having a surplus this large and potential problems for the future.

Waguespack then shifts his attention to election endorsements.  LABI came out with a second round of endorsements last week and Stephen tells Brian who LABI endorsed and why they chose to endorse those specific candidates and what it means for the state races.
