Dane Ciolino Talks Bar Association

New Orleans Attorney Randy Boudreaux said that Louisiana Lawyers are unconstitutionally forced to pay bar fees.  This begs the question, what if there was no bar association?  Dane Ciolino from Loyola University joined the show to discuss what programs would be in place to determine whether or not attorneys are doing what they are supposed to do if the bar association didn’t exist.  Ciolino also talks about whether or not it is a good idea to get rid of the bar association and what would be a result of it.  Hear the full interview here!
