Pat Shingleton On The Tropical System

WBRZ Meteorologist Pat Shingleton was on the show to talk with Jeff about what he expects the storm to do.  Pat says that they have been monitoring the storm to try and provide as many updates as possible.  He explains that the main concern for this storm is the amount of rainfall that it is expected to bring.  It is a slow moving storm which means not only will that dump a lot of rain into the area, but the storm has the ability to strengthen into a category 1 hurricane.  Pat tells people how they can be best prepared for this storm.
