Ron Smith Talks YMCA And Exxon

Ron Smith is the Executive Director of the ExxonMobil YMCA and he joined Brian to talk about their plan to make sure all kids in and around Baton Rouge are safe around the water this summer.  Smith discusses a new charter elementary school that had 148 kids attending it and none of them knew how to swim.  Ron says that with the help of Exxon, those kids went to the YMCA and most of them can now swim.  This goes beyond standard swimming lessons, they teach water safety and a variety of other tools that children can use in order to be better protected in and around the water this summer.  Hear the full interview here!
