Foodie Friday With Mason’s Grill 6-7-19


The Foodie Friday segment returns and to kick things off, we were joined by Chef Mike Blank from Mason’s Grill.  Mike was on the show to talk about the burger battle at Mason’s Grill.  The burger battle features two burgers a week, the winner moves on to the next week, and the loser is eliminated.  In this weeks battle of good ole’ fashioned American burgers are the Hot Momma Melt and the Summer Heat Burger.

What is the Hot Momma Melt from Mason’s Grill?

The Hot Momma Melt includes: Sourdough Toast, Habanero Pimento Cheese, Sliced Red Onions, Sliced Pickles, and a 1/2 pound beef patty.

What is the Summer Heat Burger?

The Summer Heat Burger includes: Sweet Sourdough Bun, Pulled Pork, Diced Red Onions, Fresh Cilantro, Fresh sliced Jalapeno Peppers, a 1/2pound beef patty, Drizzled with Honey Jalapeno Ranch Dressing.
