Why Has the Morganza Spillway not yet opened?

Congressman Graves talked about why the opening of the Morganza Spillway keeps getting pushed back.  Graves discusses the last time the Morganza was opened and what advancements need to be made to the Spillway.  Congressman Graves then explains the need for new benchmarks in regards to the spillway and what precautions the Army Corps of Engineers needs to take when opening the Morganza.

What is being done to protect home health jobs through medicare?

Congressman Graves and Brian shift their focus to medicare home health.  Graves explains what is being done to protect home health jobs through medicare advancements.  Congressman graves says that if people who aren’t severely ill can be taken care of in their own homes then there’s lower cost and greater outcomes.  He also talks about the different programs that will tend to each persons specific needs.

What is being done to stop illegal immigration?

Garret Graves then talks about immigration.  The congressman discusses an immigration proposal that he’s been fighting that would end up providing amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants.  He said that this proposal did very little background checks to ensure the security of Americans.
