DA’s across LA worried about early release inmates re-offending.

District Attorneys across the state are speaking of an unusually high rate of re-offending from prisoners on the “early release” prison reform program.  At last count, about 22% have been arrested for crimes since their release in Novmeber, 6 for murder.  The President of The Louisiana District Attorney’s Association, 23rd JDC District Attorney Ricky Babin, spoke candidly about the current problem.

Brian started in radio in late 2004 as a part-time board operator, but “made his bones” in the business a year later when Hurricane Katrina struck, catapulting him into a full time position covering both news and production of live broadcasts.
