A new ordinance to curb sex crimes aims at local hotels.

The Metro Council has enacted a new law designed to crack down on human trafficking in BR.  The new law will require hotels to get an operating permit, submit to inspections, and to report any suspicious activity regarding sex crimes or drugs.  Councilman Matt Watson joined us with some of the specifics on AMBR.

Brian Haldane

Brian started in radio in late 2004 as a part-time board operator, but “made his bones” in the business a year later when Hurricane Katrina struck, catapulting him into a full time position covering both news and production of live broadcasts.
