Cops on Administrative Leave; should they be allowed to do extra duty?


“A.M. Baton Rouge” hosts Kevin & Bill talk with State Rep. Ted James (D-Baton Rouge) and Sgt. Bryan Taylor, head of the local Police Union, about the controversy. Some are upset that officers on paid administrative leave are able to continue doing extra details (like store security, church traffic, etc..).
