Lobster Tacos? Indeed. The Friday Foodie with Chef Peter Sclafani.


Chef Peter Sclafani made Lobster Tacos in studio this morning:  Soft tortilla, red onion, chopped tomato, a touch of jalepeno, avacado whipped with lemon juice and touch of cheese, and lobster meat sauteed in butter.  Wow!  And, he took a little extra time to talk about his upcoming cooking classes at Ruffino’s.
