State Police Commission member abuses authority. Will he be relieved of that position?


As a member of the LA State Police Commission, Natchitoches car dealer Calvin Braxton is accused of twice using his position to beat speeding tickets (both in and out of state) and of threatening a state Trooper who arrested his daughter for DWI. On AMBR, Kevin & Bill talk with Metropolitan Crime Commission head Raphael Goyeneche about the allegations against Mr. Braxton. Did he commit a crime? Or an ethic violation? And, will Governor Edwards take any action, after knowing about this for over a year?

Brian started in radio in late 2004 as a part-time board operator, but “made his bones” in the business a year later when Hurricane Katrina struck, catapulting him into a full time position covering both news and production of live broadcasts.
