A great many people have been buzzing “unofficially” about when the US Department of Justice will release their findings on whether or not Alton Sterling’s civil rights were violated the night of his death. Former Metro Councilman John Delgado, who now does governmental affairs for The Baton Rouge Union of Police gave us a closer look at the when and how of the upcoming decision.
