Sorting out the COA controversy in Judge Don Johnson’s court.


Late word yesterday, word came down that both the Exec. Dir. of the EBR COA, Tasha Clark Amar, and her designated replacement to be executrix for the estate of a woman who received COA services were removed in a meeting with 19th JDC Judge Don Johnson.  What’s next?  We turned to legal expert Bryan Jeansonne with a look at the other issues still in the wind.

Brian Haldane

Brian started in radio in late 2004 as a part-time board operator, but “made his bones” in the business a year later when Hurricane Katrina struck, catapulting him into a full time position covering both news and production of live broadcasts.
