Should felons have their voting rights restored after serving their time?

A big court case is set for trial in Baton Rouge, and the outcome could impact thousands of men and women.  Should convicted felons be eligible to vote once they are released from prison?  Attorney Bryan Jeansonne joined AM Baton Rouge this morning, and looked at the Louisiana Constitution, and similar questions in other states.
