Nanny cams, no. Nanny state, yes.



I just read an article from JR Ball about needing a license to do eyebrow threading.  This actually passed the legislature.  The problem is, that state board of cosmetology doesn’t have a required curriculum for licensing in this area… One of the many things the nanny state requires a license for, like, say floral arranging.  Interestingly enough, no one needs a license to sell or install their own nanny cam, which has potential implications far beyond my two eyebrows.  Know any good nanny state laws in LA?  I’d love to hear ’em.
